DLP Realty Named a Top 5 Workplace for Second Consecutive Year

DLP Realty, headquartered in Bethlehem, PA, has been named one of the top small companies to work for in The Morning Call’s Top Workplaces, taking fifth place, according to a survey of more than 8,000 area employees. It is the second consecutive year the company has earned a top five ranking.

Don Wenner founded DLP Realty in 2010, with a staff of just three people. Since then, the company’s size has grown to 66 team members, and is expected to reach 140 employees by the end of 2016.

“Don is a visionary,” said human resources manager Cindy Temple. “I call him the Energizer Bunny. His mind is constantly working. He’s an inspiration to work for. He makes sure he succeeds and his company succeeds.”

DLP Realty, ranked by The Wall Street Journal as the No. 14 real estate team in the United States, is focused on selling homes in the Lehigh Valley, Poconos, Bucks and Montgomery counties, northern and central New Jersey, and northeast and central Florida. Wenner’s team sold more than 1,000 homes in 2015, and expects to surpass that total by 25% in 2016.

DLP Realty has been also recognized three consecutive years by Inc. as one of the 5,000 fastest growing private companies in the United States. The annual Inc. 5,000 ranking is based on three-year percentage revenue growth. DLP Realty had a three-year growth of 133%.

“I am honored for DLP Realty to be in the Top 5 Workplaces in the Lehigh Valley, but even more motivated to continue to improve our culture and inspire our team to achieve new levels of greatness on the path to living our mission each day,” said Wenner. “I have no doubt we will reclaim the #1 Workplace position next year.”
