John Leonardis

In 1983, Mr. Leonardis Graduated from the University of Westchester with a BS in Marketing. He Then Studied Real Estate at Raritan Valley College and received his AAS in Real estate and received his NJ Real Estate License. After receiving his Real Estate License Mr. Leonardis joined Penn White Commercial & Industrial Real Estate as a sales associate.

In 1988, Mr. Leonardis attended the NJ Graduate Real Estate Institute and in 1989 was awarded his GRI Brokers Designation and received his NJ Real Estate Broker’s License. In 1992, Mr. Leonardis was promoted to Senior Vice President and managing partner of Penn White Commercial Real Estate In 1998, Mr. Leonardis was promoted to President of Penn White Commercial Industrial Real Estate. Mr. Leonardis was elected to the Belvidere Town Council where he served two terms as Director of Public Works and Director of Recreation. He was also elected to County Committee and County Executive Committee and served as the head of the local Republican Committee. 

In 2004, after tripling the gross revenue at Penn White, Mr. Leonardis sold his interest in the company to his junior partners and launched LCRS a Real Estate Firm specializing in Development and Consulting. In 2013, Mr. Leonardis was introduced to Don Wenner and shortly thereafter joined DLP Realty as the NJ Broker of Record and Development Coordinator. Mr. Leonardis also received his PA Real Estate Broker’s License John recently celebrated his thirtieth anniversary of dedicated Real Estate Service. He attributes his successful career to his supportive wife of twenty-five years, Karen and his family who willingly give of their time with him so he can always be available for his clients.
